Retailers who provide online services to citizens have to use a lot of portals while doing their business and it is quite annoying. They have to recharge multiple wallets to get their things done. These IT enabled front end kiosks have to call at least 3-4 places daily to get their problems resolved. We are developing a one stop portal for these young entrepreneurs so that they can focus more on business and service delivery.
Is there a target segment where we can offer the customer clear and compelling benefits at a price they are willing to pay?
Yes, we have a focused target group of modern day entrepreneurs. its an identified chain. We are providing them customized and need based daily services. Although there are thousands of other retailers in the market but our priority is a pre-identified network. We are providing them with 21 services under a single portal and monthly adding at least one service to the bouquet. They sell these services to the citizens and earn instant and competitively higher commissions. We are also penetrating horizontally into other verticals (services & Products) as per feedback and need of our clients.
